5 things from my day yesterday
I took a nap at my cousin’s for an hour before returning to school to judge the super cool World’s Fair. 400 students representing 47 countries with food, dancing, maps, history, inventions, travel brochures, etc.
…and I still came home for a workout because I needed it.
Then I sent some texts [for weekend plans] and made some friend requests because did I tell you they hired a cute guy at work a month or two ago? 🙂 You can say it… “Oh Julie, you’re silly.”
And I still haven’t learned to sleep early.

Found this Summer Fitness Circuit – perfect for my love of kettlebells.
I hate jump roping, but I used it as my cardio for Fitnessista’s HIIT Scorcher.
